Abstract

This Version 3.0 canonical formulation of the ΔΦ Continuity Law establishes ΔΦ = ρ × v as the electrostatic foundation unifying quantum mechanics, fluid dynamics, membrane physics, and gravity. Through a single tension-action formulation, the paper recovers Schrödinger, Navier–Stokes, Helfrich, and Einstein’s equations as limit regimes of one flow-based architecture. The resulting stress-energy tensor redefines gravity as curvature of tension current, links viscosity and entropy to ΔΦ misalignment, and predicts new testable outcomes in biology and spacetime. This paper anchors the Mitchellian Framework as a falsifiable, predictive, cross-domain theory of structural field dynamics.
