Abstract

This volume connects the foundational correlational structure to effective physical descriptions. The Hessian of the consistency functional is identified as a universal structural operator encoding stability, locality, and admissible physical regimes. Through spectral analysis and projection, familiar operator classes emerge as effective descriptions, including elliptic operators, Hamiltonian-like generators, and GKSL-type semigroup generators. Dynamics, geometry, and quantum coherence are shown to be regime-dependent phenomena rather than fundamental ingredients. The volume classifies effective regimes and delineates their domains of validity and breakdown. This work provides the formal bridge between the correlational foundation and known physical formalisms such as quantum mechanics, open quantum systems, and classical geometry.
