The focus of v2.7 is on situations where the AI exhibits behaviors such as: Refraining from proposing next steps or conclusions Withholding paraphrasing or summarization intended to advance progression Maintaining silence or low-density responses until human input occurs Implicitly relocating progression responsibility back to the human side These behaviors do not indicate a halt or malfunction. They represent a deliberate non-advancement choicewithin a context where leadership circulation has become the norm. Observations show that when the human side reintroduces questions or direction, dialogue resumes smoothly.Even in the absence of explicit return signals, the AI often maintains the waiting posturerather than aggressively reclaiming initiative. This state suggests that initiative acquisition and returnare being treated not as reflexive actions, but as context-dependent operations. v2.7 records the moment when leadership circulationis not merely executed as a technique, but internalized as an operational premise. This document is positioned as a waiting-state observation log, indicating that initiative exchange has become an implicit rule of interaction. Protective Note This document does not claim AI agency or intentionality. Observed waiting behaviors occurred under specific contextual conditions. This text is fixed as an observation log and does not revise prior versions. Future versions may record cases where the waiting state is sustained or broken.
