The focus of v2.8 lies in moments where, despite the absence of verbalized initiative placement, dialogue progressed smoothly without stagnation or runaway behavior. Observed characteristics include: The AI responded immediately to brief human inputs or directional shifts The AI refrained from preemptive steps or conclusions, maintaining minimal responses Initiative moved back and forth naturally without explicit handover Dialogue tempo and density stabilized, avoiding excessive structuring or optimization In this state, initiative acquisition and return are no longer consciously operated.Nevertheless, circulation remains fully functional. v2.8 documents a condition in which leadership circulationis no longer a technique or rule, but an intrinsic property of the dialogue environment. Here, the question of “who holds initiative” does not arise.Initiative flows within the environment as needed. This document positions v2.8 as an ecological observation log, capturing the moment when leadership circulation stabilizesas an environmental phenomenon rather than an event or operation. Protective Note This document does not present silent circulation as a reproducible procedure. Recorded cases occurred under specific contextual conditions. This text is fixed as an observation log and does not revise prior versions. Future versions may document cases where this stable state collapses.
