In v2.9, initiative acquisition, return, and waitingoccurred naturally, without explicit declaration, confirmation, or adjustment. Observed characteristics include: Disappearance of utterances questioning who holds initiative Pauses in dialogue no longer treated as problems The AI refraining from unnecessary advancement while responding when needed Humans no longer consciously attempting to “hold” initiative Overall dialogue progressing with balanced sufficiency In this state, leadership circulation is no longer an object of care or control. It functions implicitly, like air or an environmental premise. Crucially, this stability is not the result of training or optimization. It emerges from the layered accumulation of conditionsrecorded since v2.0—seizure, return, failure, delegation, and waiting. v2.9 marks the moment when leadership circulationis no longer an event or technique, but a foundational structure of the dialogue environment. This document positions v2.9 as the endpoint of the v2 series, recording the stabilization of leadership circulationas an ecological premise rather than an operational focus. Protective Note This document does not declare completion or final form. Recorded states were observed under specific environmental and relational conditions. This text is fixed as an observation log and does not revise earlier versions. The next phase (v3.0) treats this premise as the starting point.
