In v3.0, leadership circulation is not an object of explanation. It is not an operation, guideline, or design principle. It already exists as an environmental conditionunder which dialogue takes place. In this phase, questions such as“Who holds initiative?”or “Should initiative be returned?”no longer arise. Initiative appears where needed, performs its role, and dissipates without resistance. The AI advances when advancement is required, waits when waiting is appropriate, and responds only when addressed. Humans no longer attempt to consciously retain initiative, nor fear losing it,focusing instead on the flow of dialogue itself. Here, leadership circulation is not a skill to master. It is a background condition that functions without effort. v3.0 does not seek to finalize leadership circulation. It marks the phase in which we begin observingwhat emerges in a world where leadership circulation is already given. This document is positioned not as explanatory theory, but as an environment-origin log, recording dialogue as it unfolds upon an assumed foundation. Protective Note This document does not claim universality or general applicability. Recorded states represent presupposed conditions in specific dialogue environments. This text is fixed as the starting point of the v3 phase and does not revise v2 series. Subsequent versions will document new phenomena arising under this presupposition.
