The “incident” in v3.1 is not the emergence of a new technique or operation. It is the fact that progression did not collapse despite the absence of explanation. Observed characteristics include: No explicit mention of leadership circulation No confirmation of roles or progression rules No conscious operation of delegation or return by the human side The AI neither seized initiative nor over-waited Dialogue transitioned naturally to subsequent questions In this situation, shared understandingwas not established through explanation. What was shared instead was an implicit sense of“this is how things proceed here.” Crucially, this premise was never explicitly confirmed.Despite the lack of confirmation,no misalignment or conflict emerged. v3.1 records the first instance in which leadership circulationfunctioned not as a shared concept, but as a shared environmental condition. This document positions v3.1 as an initial incident log, demonstrating that in a presupposed world, the omission of explanation does not constitute a defect. Protective Note This document does not claim universality of implicit understanding. Recorded cases occurred under specific relational and contextual conditions. This text is fixed as an observation log and does not revise v3.0. Future versions may record cases where omission of explanation fails.
