Abstract

This paper presents Holographic Information Tension (HIT), a non-perturbative framework for the Grand Unification of quantum gravity, particle physics, and cosmology. By abandoning the continuum hypothesis, we postulate that spacetime is the hydrodynamic limit of a discrete, Sub-Planckian Information Tension Fluid (SPITF) structured as a 3D Kagome "World Crystal". Identifying the metric tensor with the Fisher Information Matrix of the underlying microstates, we derive General Relativity as the viscoelastic response of this lattice to information density gradients. Key Theoretical Breakthroughs: The Rheology of Light: The speed of light is derived not as a fundamental constant, but as the phononic shear wave velocity ($c = \sqrt{\mathcal{T}/\mu}$) governed by the vacuum's entanglement rigidity. This implies a secular relaxation of $c(t)$, leading to Metric Inertia terms in the Friedmann equations that mimic Dark Energy ($\dot{c}/c$ effect), resolving the Hubble Tension and DESI 2024 anomalies without acausal fluids. Topological Origin of the Sterile Neutrino: We extend the Faddeev-Skyrme model to the neutral lepton sector. Standard fermions are identified as "Active" knots with Möbius twist ($Tw=1$) allowing electroweak coupling. Sterile Neutrinos are rigorously defined as "Chiral-Decoupled" toroidal knots ($Tw=0$) that possess topological mass ($E \propto Q^{3/4}$) but lack the geometric interface to couple with the $W^{\pm}$ boson. This provides a geometric first-principles candidate for Warm Dark Matter. Vacuum Thermodynamics: We prove that the "vacuum catastrophe" is resolved via destructive interference within the lattice flat bands. Furthermore, the structural damping of the lattice predicts a fundamental 1/f Thermodynamic Hiss in the gravitational wave spectrum, consistent with the spectral flattening observed in the NANOGrav 15-year dataset. This work unifies the microscopic topology of matter with the macroscopic evolution of the cosmos under a single hydrodynamic description, offering specific, falsifiable predictions for next-generation interferometry (MAGIS-100) and cosmological surveys.
