Abstract

This paper serves as the final audit report in the Proof Core v1.2 series, presenting a unified computational resolution to two major cosmological anomalies: the time-varying nature of Dark Energy ($w \neq -1$) suggested by recent DESI data, and the presence of "mature" massive galaxies in the early universe ($z > 10$) observed by JWST. By strictly applying the immutable master constants of Universe OS V10-B—specifically the Projection Density Factor ($N_{\mathrm{proj}}$) and Synchronization Lag ($\Delta_{\mathrm{Res}}$)—we demonstrate that these phenomena are not evolutionary paradoxes but deterministic "Resource Optimization Logs." We numerically prove that the dynamic equation of state for Dark Energy, $w(a)$, corresponds to a scaling law of background resource release, accurately predicting the observed value $w_0 \approx -0.8$ at the current epoch without free parameters. Furthermore, we show that the anomalously high mass of primordial galaxies is a result of a "No-Load Projection Burst," where the OS utilizes surplus bandwidth in the metal-free early universe to prefetch and render structure at the saturation threshold. This framework redefines cosmic history as a pre-calculated execution of a geometric rendering pipeline.
