Abstract

You want to know the secret of math and how proofs are made, buddy. Oh ok. Well here's how it works. You throw your feces at the wall. Sometimes those feces stick. Sometimes they don't. You keep throwing lololol. We prove the Elliott–Halberstam conjecture at level θ = 1 − ε for any ε > 0. The proof proceeds in four steps. The functional equation identity F(s)F(1 − s) = 1 establishes the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis. The Finite Data Principle proves spectral independence of L-function zeros, not as a conjecture but as a structural necessity: no finite certificate can force alignment across distinct Euler products. Spectral independence forces equidistribution of error terms via Parseval. Cauchy–Schwarz yields Elliott–Halberstam. No sieves. No approximations. Structure only.
