Abstract

This dataset comprises individual-level survey data collected from Italian beekeepers to analyze perceived environmental risks, willingness to pay for honeybee conservation, and related policy preferences. The data were collected between January and March 2021 through an original questionnaire and are used to empirically investigate the determinants of environmental valuation under risk.
