Resources - Risk Architecture Strategic Management System
Abstract
This book presents the Resources–Risk Architecture Strategic Management System (RRASMS), an integrated management architecture that unifies strategic planning, strategic implementation, enterprise risk governance, and AI-enabled decision support within a single structural framework. RRASMS introduces a resource-centered approach in which both quantitative and qualitative resources are defined, structured, and authorized by management before execution. Strategic planning outputs are formally transferred into an implementation architecture governed by policies, programs, and business unit structures, reducing the strategy–execution gap. The book further proposes an architectural reinterpretation of enterprise systems, positioning traditional ERP platforms as execution substrates governed by RRASMS rather than as standalone management systems. Artificial intelligence is incorporated as a governed enabling capability, enhancing simulation, analysis, and risk evaluation without displacing managerial authority. The work combines system architecture design, applied illustrations, and legal–commercial considerations, positioning RRASMS as both an academic contribution and a protected enterprise architecture suitable for integration with existing organizational platforms.
