Abstract

Thispaperconsolidatesselected,recenthigh-energyresults(ALICE,CMSandNA61/SHINE)intoexplicitnumerical anchors stored intheMasterData repository, includingmeasurementmetadata, observabledefinitions anduncertaintybookkeeping. Theanchors are treatedasminimal, review-gradeempirical tuples that canbe reconstructedfromprimarysourcesandcomparedacrossexperimentswithout introducingextratheoreticalentities.Anoperational, testablehypothesis isthenformulated: aresidualwithrespecttoareferencemodel(oraphysicalboundary)correlateswithameasurableproxyofresonance-cascadecomplexity, includingexplicit feed-downcontrol. Interpreting suchacorrelationas ametapoleexcitationsignatureisexplicitlylabeledasaworkinghypothesiswithinGTWSSF.Verificationremainsstrictlyempirical throughunambiguousobservabledefinitions,geometryandsystematiccontrols,andabinaryPASS/FAILprotocolbasedonboundarychecksandcross-datasettrendconsistency.ThisEnglishmanuscript (Doc_ID: BK-(X02-X05,Y00,Z00)20260129-v07) is anextendedmirroralignedwiththestructureof thePLmanuscriptshippedinthesamerepository.
