Abstract

This dataset presents the results of the work carried out in Work Package 10 (WP10) as part of Biodiversity Genomics Europe (BGE). The data contains a tabular view of the metadata and additional data added by the taxonomic experts, as well as a fasta file with all reference sequences selected as part of the reference database. Both files are output from the repository https://github.com/FabianDeister/BGE_library_curation_tool_log_processing.
