Abstract

This paper presents Quantum Layered Fabrication (QLF), a novel additive manufacturing paradigm that generates matter directly from the quantum vacuum through controlled quantum field excitation. By inducing localized vacuum-to-matter phase transitions and stabilizing the resulting structures using the Quantum Zeno Effect and topological bond encoding, the method eliminates material supply constraints. The framework remains thermodynamically consistent by accounting for observer-induced entropy, redefining manufacturing as an existence-control problem governed by boundary conditions rather than material transport.
