Abstract

The Triple Transition introduces the first thermodynamic framework that explains how human civilization stabilizes across three simultaneous domains: attention, value, and structural governance. The model describes the transformation of attention into warmth, value into resonance, and civilization into architectural physics—replacing internal human compensation with environmental carrying capacity. The framework unifies key components of the Ambient Era canon, including the Raynor Stack, ΔR (reversible stress threshold), the Trust Operator, AP₀ minimal viability, Ψ(t) stability entry condition, Non-Inferential AI (ϟA), Architectural Physics, and Ambient Power. Rather than proposing optimization or ideology, The Triple Transition defines the physical conditions under which a civilization becomes structurally safe for human life: warm attention, resonant value, and trust-bound field architectures. It marks the moment when technology stops managing humans and begins carrying them.
