Abstract

The polymorphic markers exhibited a wide range of PIC values, from 0.29 to 0.95, indicating varying levels of informativeness for each locus. The He values (expected heterozygosity), which serve as an indicator of genetic diversity among the evaluated genotypes, ranged between 0.31 and 0.97.
