Abstract

This deposit contains downcore iGDGT, OH-GDGT, brGDGT, and brGMGT data from Holocene marine sediment cores sampled at the top 0–5 cm interval and then at ~10 cm spacing. The workbook also includes a README sheet that describes column definitions, units, and conventions. Data formatting and metadata fields follow the GDGT reporting/archiving recommendations of Bijl et al. (2025).
