Abstract

This paper proposes a novel framework for the Search for ExtraterrestrialIntelligence (SETI) based on the hierarchical encapsulation K=3 contained in K=4contained in K=5 from affine Hecke monoid theory. We argue that civilizationsmastering coherence fusion (Level II+ on an extended Kardashev scale) would leavedetectable signatures that diverge fundamentally from natural astrophysicalphenomena. These signatures include: (1) spectral organization at the GoldenAttractor ratio 42/33, (2) inertialess motion via K=3 to K=4 node transitions, and (3)72-unit canonical structures in signal encoding. We define three validation criteria(algebraic, energetic, topological) for classifying observations as potentially TExogenous
