Abstract

This dataset contains the minimal derived connectome tables used as inputsto all simulations reported in the study. - cells.parquet: neuron metadata table derived from the FlyWire/Codex connectome- connections.parquet: filtered intrinsic connectivity table used to construct the connectome-constrained reservoir Raw connectome reconstructions are available from the FlyWire/Codex resources.All analyses and stimuli can be reproduced using the accompanying code repository.
