The Geometry of Coordination: Operational Isomorphs and the Diagnostic Recalibration of Systemic Flow.
Abstract
This paper proposes a substrate-independent diagnostic framework for resolving systemic failure modes, termed Kinetic Stagnation, where internal interaction density exceeds transport capacity. By identifying scale-invariant coordination templates (Operational Isomorphs) retrieved from Earth's 4-billion-year metabolic repository, we provide a four-step protocol to recalibrate infrastructure toward Earned Coordination. Validated through generative design studies in subsea computational heat (ThermoDesal) and healthcare throughput (Emergency Medicine), the framework aligns engineered systems with the metabolic logic of the planet to achieve stability under extreme constraint.
