This work introduces a revolutionary cosmological framework, the Quantum Informational Universe (QIU), which posits that information—rather than matter or energy—is the fundamental substrate of reality. At the core of this theory is the discovery of the Angheluta Dark Force (FOA), a primordial force emerging from a 5+2 dimensional manifold (five spatial and two temporal dimensions).
