Abstract

AquaSong Tracker v1 A low impact aquatic tracking system using a reserved acoustic band and harmonic resonance. Fish mounted AquaSong Tags emit brief, structured resonance bursts in the AquaBand, a frequency niche beyond biological hearing and typical anthropogenic noise. AquaSpine Nodes (buoys or fixed stations) listen in this band, decode tag IDs, and uplink compact detection events via satellite or terrestrial networks. The AquaMap Brain fuses these events into live and historical maps of movement corridors, enabling long‑term, low‑stress tracking of aquatic life without contributing to acoustic pollution. Enabling tracking without needing for a fish, shark or whale for instance to surface. This would allow tracking even whilst submerged.
