Abstract

Does physical reality emerge from stochastic chance or from mathematical necessity? We present a structural completion of the Information-Geometric Spacetime (IGS) framework, proposing that observable spacetime is not a random quantum outcome but a unique, dynamically stable fixed point of informational evolution. We introduce the Actualization Operator—a non-unitary, fully constrained map derived from a variational principle—whichenforces the Ouroboros Closure: a self-consistency condition requiring that any emergent geometry stabilizes the informational substrate from which it arises.Within this framework, General Relativity is shown not to be an independent axiom but an equilibrium description mandated by informational stationarity, with the Einstein field equations emerging naturally at the fixed point. We further demonstrate that the intrinsic non-commutativity of modular generators provides a parameter-free origin for decoherence, yielding a unified dynamical mechanism relevant to large-scale structure formation and latetime cosmological tensions, including those associated with H0 and S8. By formulating spacetime, matter, and observation within a single information-geometric structure subject to closure and extremization, this work establishes a fully constrained framework in which the observable universe corresponds to the unique self-consistent solution permitted by its own informational dynamics.
