Towards Deterministic Fusion: Confinement Engineering via Idempotence and Mod-24 Closure
Abstract
We propose a plasma confinement architecture based on the algebraic rigidity of the affine 0-Hecke monoid H₀(Ã₂). The parameter λ = −1, the unique solution preserving idempotence x² = x and the group-like property Δ(e) = e⊗e, imposes intrinsic structural stability. The modular closure |H₀(A₃)| = 24 = 19 + 3 + 2 (Catalan structures, parity, causality) provides a self-stabilizing energy cycle. We predict Q > 100, zero disruptions, and δB/B < 10⁻⁶ for a reactor implementing these principles.
