Glass to Crystal at Low z: A bank-relaxation update of the Hubble and S8 tensions in the R 8 framework
Abstract
## Abstract One twist to split them, one leak to weight them, one angle to bias them, and in the crystal bind them. This note upgrades the earlier R^8 Hubble-tension programme from a one-leg late-time intuition to a coupled low-z `glass -> crystal` toy system in which a single crystallization order parameter \(C(z)\) simultaneously lifts the late expansion rate and suppresses structure growth. The background is modeled by two Bank reservoirs, a relaxing component \(\omega_{\rm rel}\) and a tension-like component \(\omega_{\rm tens}\), while the perturbation sector is modified by a stiffness/drag pair \((\kappa,\nu)\). The transfer strength is anchored to the E8/D8 ultraviolet audit through \[A_{\rm amp}=I_{\rm SM}\,\chi,\qquad I_{\rm SM}=66.7671.\] We report the results of an actual toy scan over 9216 parameter points. Among these, 7507 points (81.46%) have the correct coupled sign pattern \(\Delta H_0>0\) and \(\Delta S_8
