Abstract

This document synthesizes eight independent manuscripts into a single research program. The unifying claim is that one algorithm — stabilization of uncertainty into durable compressed structure under finite local capacity and thermodynamic cost — operates recursively from the Planck scale to genomic architecture to individual behavior to social coordination. Each paper addresses a different resolution of the same process; each is independently defensible. Together they constitute a scale-free framework in which the same structural logic governs how particles form, how genomes filter what works, how organisms sample their environments, how minds interface with bodies, how social groups synchronize, and how physical law itself is organized. The synthesis makes no claims about where the universe draws its own tier boundaries. It predicts only that wherever genuine stabilization transitions occur, characteristic gap-scaling signatures should be detectable — and that finding those signatures is a way of locating real compression transitions independent of human categorization.
