Abstract

Reproducible dynamic baseline of the Solar System based on 1-min ephemerides (JPL Horizons), with metadata and SHA256 integrity certification (CP364). This publication releases the technical baseline of the SOLAR / SOLAR Navigator framework, an operational reference designed to make the global orbital dynamics of the Solar System observable and comparable through radial (r) and angular (θ) coordinates. The dataset is built from official NASA JPL Horizons barycentric ephemerides sampled at uniform 1-minute resolution (dt = 60 s). For each baseline target (Sun, major planets, Moon, Pluto), the pipeline generates uniform time series and derived outputs, including an explicitly defined dynamic metric (orbit_stress) and robust normalization (stress_z) enabling multi-body comparison under a single operational frame. The release is developed under the CP364 methodology and includes for each major output: meta JSON files (parameters, formulas, traceability) SHA256 integrity certification validation reports (e.g., minute-grid completeness checks and SHA pairing verification) In addition to datasets and metrics, the release provides publication-grade plots and a barycentric 3D visualization (static image and timelapse) certified with metadata and cryptographic hashes. In conclusion, the analysis provides reproducible evidence of a global dynamic structure of the Solar System, observable through coherent multi-body signatures and across time scales compatible with a periodic orbital wave/stress model, under explicit and traceable operational criteria. This publication is intended as a verifiable technical release: same inputs → same outputs, and every file can be independently validated through cryptographic fingerprints.
