Canonical Applied Formalism
Abstract
This work defines a canonical applied-physics layer independent of foundational assumptions. The paper introduces a systematic classification of effective physical regimes, their admissible operators, observable constructions, and computational pipelines. The purpose is not to explain why physics exists, but to enable concrete, reproducible modeling across coherent, dissipative, geometric, and transport regimes using a unified operational language.
