Abstract

This appendix clarifies how the coherence framework presented in v3.1 may be independently evaluated, reproduced at the level of method, and tested for falsifiability, without disclosing implementation-specific details or numerical calibration procedures. Its purpose is to: make explicit the operational pathway implied throughout Sections 2–4, distinguish clearly between framework reproducibility and implementation disclosure, and prevent common misuses of the framework (particularly unconstrained parameter fitting) This appendix does not introduce new postulates, parameters, or predictions.
