Abstract

Deliverable D3.5, entitled 'Human Capital Excellence', details the measures that were implemented from June 2023 to November 2025 with the objective of positively impacting human capital excellence. The Deliverable D3.5 is part of the Work Package 3 of the Approach project. A variety of actions were carried out with the primary objective of fostering the development of human capital excellence among young talents in the domain of solar energy harvesting technologies to establish the necessary frameworks and conditions that facilitate training and talent development. Diverse groups, such as heads of units and research groups, team leaders, and project managers, many of which also represented young talents themselves, took part in the activities implemented during the Work Package 3. The activities encompassed the development of human capital excellence, addressing such areas as training in grant applications and the improvement of project management skills, as well as open science and data management. Moreover, an investigation was conducted into contemporary knowledge-sharing methodologies and strategies for their implementation, and reflection on leadership, team management, administration and management aspects for building human capital excellence.
