Canonical Realization of Non Closed Correlational Dynamics

The RFCM-$\Omega$ construction is introduced as a \emph{canonical realization} of the correlational non-closed framework, whose purpose is not foundational justification but operational completeness. Its role is analogous to that of a canonical field-theoretic or operator-theoretic architecture: it provides a maximally general, internally consistent structure within which concrete physical models can be formulated, analyzed, and compared.
