It is an operational verification phase, testing whether the concept of “understanding sovereignty”remains intact when translated and used by others. Three Domains of Translation In v0.2, the framework was translated into three domains: ① EducationDesigning learning around recognizing one’s position of understanding, not correcting ignorance. ② AI DesignAbandoning the assumption of ideal humans, and designing relationships resilient to unstable understanding. ③ UXNot prioritizing clarity alone, but clearly placing responsibility for understanding. These are not separate applications. They are three translations of the same core idea. What v0.2 Clarified Across all domains, v0.2 confirmed that: Understanding Sovereignty does not provide correct answers It does not educate humans into ideal behavior It does not glorify AI intelligence Instead, it returns responsibility for understanding to humans. The Meaning of What Was Not Done v0.2 intentionally avoided: Presenting correct models Declaring ideal futures Establishing rules or regulations This is not a limitation. It prevents Understanding Sovereignty from becoming a closed doctrine. Concluding Statement Understanding Sovereignty v0.2 demonstrates that: Understanding cannot be taught Understanding cannot be designed But the position where understanding occurs can be placed v0.2 is not completion. It is the point at which the framework becomes ready for use.
