Abstract

This manuscript constitutes the second phase of the Q.A.S.T. Project, expanding upon the mechanical causality established in the previous paper dated January 20th. While the first part defined the origin of expansion through the Metric Exclusion Principle, this work integrates Archimedes' Principle and Newtonian impenetrability to describe the behavior of matter within a displacing metric fluid. The core of this research is the postulate of the Natural Anchoring Mechanism, which defines Structural Homeostasis as the necessary mechanical condition for complex systems (galaxies) to maintain internal cohesion and operability during the accelerated evacuation of entropic residue (\epsilon_{r}). This model provides a technical solution to the paradox of structural integrity within a mechanically expanding universe.
