Abstract

This paper proposes an Autonomous Active Biological Defense System for emerging pandemics such as Nipah virus. By integrating continuous environmental sensing, AI-based probabilistic modeling, and ethically constrained interventions, the framework enables early-stage suppression before clinical outbreaks, minimizing response latency and societal cost.
