Abstract

This article functions as a catalyst for understanding Frangi’s thought, clarifying the interconnection of his major works and providing a coherent framework for his philosophy, theology, political theory, and law. Drawing on eleven foundational maxims, it shows how Frangi’s contributions, including criminal creology, democracy of history, creocracy, groupal religion, and groupal theology, emerge from a single noetic logic. The group, as the medium of pure activity, preserves relational and historical acts, purifies the human person, and reflects the image of God’s Pure Activity. The work is intended as a foundational reference, preparing the ground for future analyses of individual maxims and their political, legal, and theological implications.
