Judgment Architecture Engineering and Governance — CESI社会物理学之三:如何设计不坍塌的判断系统
Abstract
Abstract This paper introduces Judgment Architecture Engineering (JAE) as a core construct within CESI Social Physics, addressing the systemic collapse of human judgment in AI-augmented and platform-governed organizations. It argues that judgment is no longer an individual cognitive act but an engineered structural outcome embedded in processes, interfaces, and governance mechanisms. By formalizing the mechanisms of Judgment Loop Displacement (JLD), this paper demonstrates how modern systems externalize judgment while retaining human liability, producing governance regimes incapable of halting irreversible risk propagation. Drawing parallels with civilizational failures depicted in The Three-Body Problem, the paper proposes design principles for restoring judgment sovereignty through explicit architecture, human veto authority, and AI-Augmented Judgment Architect (AI-AJA) roles.
