Abstract

Volume II extends the algebraic framework established in Volume I to complete the periodic table and advance into molecular biology and fundamental physics. From the same principles (commutation deficit C(K) and spectral gap Δₘ = 3), we derive: • f-Block completion: 14 lanthanides/actinides from C(7) = 14 • DNA/RNA structure: ribose K=5, base pairing from C(4)=2 and Δₘ=3 • Yang-Mills mass gap: Δ = Δₘ × Λ_QCD from confinement C(3)=0 • Protein structure: 20 amino acids = 4 × C(5), α-helix from Δₘ + Q Zero fitting parameters. All results algebraically derived.
