Deterministic Scope of RogueOS
Abstract
This document defines the deterministic governance scope of RogueOS, a local autonomous agentic operating framework. Determinism is defined as the determinism of the governed execution trace rather than probabilistic inference internals. The framework specifies cryptographically enforced human authorization, hardware-attested time integrity, immutable audit logging, and model-independent replay and verification. This record establishes public disclosure of the execution governance architecture and associated claims without publishing implementation code. autonomous agentsdeterministic systemsAI governanceauditabilityreplayable systemslocal AI
