Douwe-Spaanderman/LipoRadiomics: v1.0 – Lipomatous Tumor Classification with Radiomics

This release contains the code used in our published study on multi-center external validation of automated segmentation and radiomics-based classification of atypical lipomatous tumors versus lipomas on MRI. It includes baseline imaging experiments, external validation across international cohorts, clinical-only models, and combined clinical-imaging analyses, all accessible via a unified command-line interface.
