Abstract

This dataset contains DLS, zeta potential, and TEM-derived nanoparticle size data for carbon dots and nanodiamonds in aqueous environments. The data were collected to assess aggregation behavior, surface charge, and stability under varying dispersion conditions, including ionic strength, pH, and the presence of organic additives. The dataset supports the findings reported in Fiket Ž. et al. (2025), Environmental Science: Nano (DOI: 10.1039/d5en00264h).
