"The Cosmic Cell: A Systems-Level Framework for Constraint-Driven Reality" "Reality as a Cellular
Abstract
This work introduces the Cosmic Cell framework, a systems-level interpretation of reality in which large-scale physical structure emerges from constraint-driven organization rather than from scale-specific laws. The model treats constraints as the primary operative elements governing persistence, stability, and transformation across physical regimes, drawing on concepts from non-equilibrium thermodynamics, complex systems, and universality theory. Rather than proposing new fundamental forces or teleological principles, the framework is explicitly phenomenological: it focuses on how systems behave under bounded resources, finite rendering capacity, and delayed feedback. Within this view, structures observed in cosmology, biology, and information systems are understood as scale-variant expressions of a common organizational logic, analogous to cellular processes operating under shared constraints. The Cosmic Cell framework is falsifiable through measurable correlations and failure modes, and is intended as a unifying descriptive tool for analyzing persistence, breakdown, and phase transitions in complex systems without invoking metaphysical claims. It provides a conceptual bridge between physics and biology while remaining compatible with standard cosmological models.
