The landscape problem — how to choose the correct vacuum?
Abstract
The quantum core restricts the allowed configurations, creating a discrete "cellular" landscape with a finite set of permissible minima. The dynamic evolution of the universe causes the system to collapse into lower energy states through classical tendencies and quantum tunneling effects between false vacuums. Therefore, the "correct" vacuum is chosen as the locally achievable and stable minimum of the potential surface that has the lowest energy, taking into account the quantum scale restriction of the quantum core.
