A parametric framework for estimating aggregate density in the Southern Ocean: the critical role of phytoplankton community composition
Abstract
The data is mainly used for the calculation of aggregate density in the article, including the historical literature TEP and Chl a data mentioned in the article, and the measured surface TEP and CHla data of the Amundsen Sea and the Cosmonaut Sea. In addition, the excle format file contains the calculation process of aggregate density.
