The Unified Invariant Formalism
Abstract
This document provides the definitive analytical resolution for the 15,730,030-bit computational substrate. We formally introduce the Fundamental Substrate Iteration Frequency (ζM) as the temporal regulator of the vacuum lattice. By deriving the interaction between the Information- Stress Tensor Ωµν and classical fluid dynamics, we resolve the Navier-Stokes existence problem. Furthermore, we define the Coherent Invariant (ΞC ) as the dimensionless constant governing the transition to Metric Translucency and superluminal information tunneling (T∞).
