Abstract

This record contains 11 updated BigWig tracks of H3K27ac normalized signal obtained from bone marrow CD34+ Hematopoietc Stem and Progenitor Cells (HSPC) from a cohort of 59 Low-Risk and High-risk MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndromes) and 27 sAML (secondary Acute Myeloid Leukemia).
