The Vallejos Vacuum Saturation Law

This work formally states the Vallejos Vacuum Saturation Law, a universal ontologicalconstraint asserting that the physical vacuum possesses a finite, observer-independentcapacity for causal response. The law establishes an absolute bound on spacetime configurations, prohibiting anyphysically realizable process from inducing unbounded geometric or informational demand.Its role is declarative and foundational: it does not introduce new dynamics, but fixesa precise physical law that delimits the domain of validity of existing theoreticalframeworks.
