Abstract

This record documents a phenomenological analysis of event-dominated systems operating under finite constraints. The work focuses on observable dynamical behavior, scaling relations, and stability signatures without asserting underlying mechanisms or directional causality. Empirical correlations and diagnostic parameters are presented as descriptive tools for identifying constraint-limited regimes and transition thresholds across complex systems. This Master Record is intended as an archival reference. Interpretive frameworks, metaphors, and speculative extensions are explicitly excluded. The results are formulated to remain compatible with standard scientific methodologies in non-equilibrium dynamics, systems theory, and phenomenological modeling, and are suitable for citation, replication, and extension.
