Abstract

The central advantage of SP3 is not that it replaces existing observations, but that itreorganizes them around a single physical substrate—space‑phase—operating in multiplefunctional regimes. Instead of dividing the universe into separate conceptual boxes suchas dark matter, dark energy, and passive geometry, SP3 treats transport, binding, andvacuum effects as different expressions of the same medium. This paper explains whythat tiered‑substrate picture is a major conceptual win: it preserves the empiricalsuccesses of standard cosmology while providing a physical mechanism for phenomenathat are otherwise treated as geometric rules or ad hoc components.
