The repository contains: cropped_data.tar.gz: satellite (Chlorophyll-a, sea surface temperature, KD490) and bathymetry data cropped in the 10x10 degrees boxed defined in the manuscript. Warning: the unzipped file is around 100 GB. Filaments-EBUS-master.zip: code used for fitting k-means, detect filaments, estimate transport and generate figures for the paper.
